With our ongoing commitment to client satisfaction we suggested a total revamp of the office plant displays on site, to keep with the new style of containers and plants displays on the market.                

 

Our client was delighted with this proposal and we quickly set about designing a new planting scheme on site.

 

This client has significantly grown and adapted on site since the original installation, so we needed to find out how to best use the space, with the main focus being on the large atrium in the centre of the complex.

 

This atrium is mainly used for staff moving from manufacturing area to the main offices. We had an idea that perhaps that while we are installing fantastic planting why not educate the hundreds of people moving through everyday to the names and sources of the tropical planting. This will be done via name plates describing all the relevant information hopefully without being boring.

 

With regard to the offices design, space is a premium so tall plants and container are being used in a metallic silver finish. Not to busy but giving a good impact of planting to the office personnel.

 

For the reception, large scarlet red planters with braided lolly pop Ficus set the tone, for the atrium. This being the main focus large round scarlet red containers, with one being planted with Ficus Longifolia in a full bush form. In the centre of these is a mature multi stem 3.0m Ficus tree. This being in the already tall pots gave an overall height of 3.70m and gives a magnificent effect.

 

Health and safety being a key issue on all manufacturing site we installed wheels to the base of the containers for ease of movement for cleaners and when large functions are on. All this new work was kept in budget and on time, to show our client that we appreciate there continued business and our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.
